Established macronutrient targets (0.7โ1.0g protein per lb of ideal weight) to preserve lean mass. You choose the tracking style that fits: photos, hand portions, or full calorie/macro tracking. Your nutrition should serve you, not stress you out.

At least two strength sessions per week most of the time, 80% attendance at weekly Zoom sessions (evenings, Central Time), and 80% nutrition tracking adherence.
